Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School offers a robust menu of optional after school activities to complement our academic program and further our mission to educate the whole child.  This high-quality program provides students time to do homework, play with friends and/or the chance to participate in a variety of challenging and unique enrichment activities taught by professional instructors without ever leaving campus.

Programs such as the following are regularly included:

For students not involved in a sport or enrichment program that need to remain on campus beyond the 3:00 p.m. close of classes,  a 'drop in' program offers daily teacher and adult supervised activities including:

  • Study Hall
  • Free Play
  • Organized Games and Crafts
  • Snacks and Juice

The standard after school program is open daily (Monday-Friday) from 3:00-6:00 p.m. when school is in session.  Additionally, special half and full day programs are offered on occasions when the school schedule is modified such as an early dismissal day, Parent-Teacher conference days, and Faculty In-Service days.

During the summer, Saint Andrew's Episcopal School serves as a site for Camp Galileo. Camp Galileo combines art, science, and outdoor activities with fun camp traditions to create a summer program K-5th graders love.  The educational programming of both camp programs is develop in partnership with The Tech Museum of Innovation, the de Young Museum and Klutz.
