Annual Fund Campaign Ends November 1st
Dear Parents,

WOW…..50% of our parent community has already made a gift or a pledge to this year’s Annual Fund. We’ve already raised over $135,000, which is terrific. Thank you, sincerely, for your generosity!

Gifts to The Annual Fund are put to use immediately and enable our students to participate in activities such as the school plays, sing or play an instrument in our award-winning music programs, and participate in daily physical education. The Annual Fund also supports funding for field trips such as the recent 7th Grade trip to Monterey Bay where our students experienced whale behavior firsthand. Our renown one-to-one Laptop Program is also supported by The Annual Fund. There is virtually no area of the school that is not enhanced by your gift to The Annual Fund.

If you have not yet made your gift or pledge I urge you to do so today. The public phase of The Annual Fund drive ends on November 1st and there are many ways to make your gift. Go online, as most people are doing, and easily make a gift or a pledge. A pledge is a perfect way to make sure your gift will be counted in the campaign before November 1st and you won’t need to fulfill your pledge until April 1, 2011. Just complete the online pledge form or call the Development Office at extension 205 for more information. You can also make a gift of stock or property to The Annual Fund as many of our families are choosing to do this year. You can find the stock form and instructions on the Giving page, as well, or you may also call the Development Office for assistance.

Whichever way you choose to make your gift or pledge, please do so during this remaining campaign period……….through November 1st. Join with those who are lifting our programs from the basics to excellence!

Warm regards,

Harry
