This year marks the 50th Anniversary of Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School. To celebrate this momentous occasion, the Library at Saint Andrew’s is debuting the Birthday Book Club (BBC)! The BBC helps to honor your children on their birthdays, and provides the opportunity for them to share the literature that they love with their peers. There are two ways to become a member of the Birthday Book Club. You can either have your child bring a new, hard bound book to the library during his/her birthday month, or fill out the attached form and return it to the library with a check for $20 made out to Saint Andrew's Episcopal School. Your child will then be invited to select a new book from our “Birthday Book Club” stores. The birthday book will be added to the library’s collection with a special bookplate in the front noting your child’s name and birthday. Your child will be the first to check out their book, and they will have the opportunity to present the book to their class during their weekly library visit. Their name will also be listed in the Birthday Book Club Member Thank You list in the Leaflet. This is a great way for your child to share their love of literature with the entire school!
