Summer Camp FAQ

• Our Weekly Camps run Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. 

• Morning-Care is available from 8-9 a.m., and After-Care is available from 3-5 p.m.

All campers should bring a lunch, water bottle, sunblock, closed-toe shoes, and hat if needed.

No, lunch will not be provided for campers, but an afternoon snack will be included. No group-size food deliveries can be dropped off or sent to the school for campers. 

You can register on our school website. Click on the register link which will direct you to Popsicle, our summer camp registration platform. Once you create an account, you can access all summer camp offerings.

All registration forms will be completed on Popsicle. If your camper has any additional medical information or daily medicine that must be distributed on campus, please contact our Director of Summer Programs. They will provide you with the additional paperwork.

You will be able to waitlist your camper. If that waitlist is full, you cannot add your camper unless campers are moved off the waitlist and extra spots on the waitlist become available.

If You Cancel:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive a full refund for the cancellation. 

• If you cancel after 24 hours of purchase and before March 31, a $75 deduction will be subtracted from your refund for every week that is canceled. 

• After March 31 and before May 1, a $125 deduction will be subtracted from your refund for every week that is canceled. 

• After May 1, regardless of the registration date, you will not receive a refund for your purchase. 

If Saint Andrew’s Cancels:

• If we cancel due to state, county, or school health orders or mandates or any other reason, you will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours of the cancellation. 

• If we cancel in the middle of a weekly session due to state, county, or school health orders or mandates or any other reason, you will receive a prorated refund to the original payment method based on the number of days canceled in that week within 24 to 48 hours of the cancellation.
